The Apartment

Rieumes divides into a smaller 1-2 bedroom property which is available for rent from September to June. The kitchen/living area can be closed off from the main salon to make the space cosy in the winter months. A spiral staircase leads up to the bedrooms and bathroom above. The spacious master bedroom has a super-king bed and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The space offers everything the main house provides with a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burner, WiFi and satellite TV.
 
The swimming pool and outside space will be shared with the owners. We have 3 children aged 11-15 and live at the other end of the house from September to June.

For longer lets during the colder months there is an additional charge for electricity, which is counted on a meter, and firewood. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom.

The apartment is available from September to June at a price of 200 euros per week, plus electricity. Please contact us if you are interested in making an enquiry.
