Weekly Rental Rates: May and September: €2500 June, July, August: €3500
Rentals during peak season are per week Saturday to Saturday and are based on a 12 person occupancy. Outside peak season these prices are flexible depending on the number of people staying. Alternative arrival and departure days can be also be organized by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Arrival and departures: Check out 10:00 am, Check in from 16:00pm These times can be more flexible out of peak season. For Christmas, Easter and New Year prices or a special family celebration please enquire via email or telephone.
For weekend and shorter bookings, please get in touch to discuss prices. An additional charge for electricity may be added during colder months, which is calculated on a meter.
Booking: A 30% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of €200 is also required in advance and will be reimbursed at the end of your stay. For enquiries on availability and a booking form please email us or call us.
Cleaning and towels: Bed linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided and changed on a weekly basis. The property will be clean on arrival and we will expect it to be left in a good condition on departure.
