The Accommodation

The main atrium hallway with an oak staircase leads up to the first and second floor. There is a modern, open plan kitchen and dining area leading to an 80sq.m sitting room with natural stone floors throughout.  It is a wonderfully light space, yet a cool and comfortable retreat during the summer.  
 
Kitchen/dining room: The 60sq.m open plan kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and fan oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. 
 
Salon: For all its light the salon remains beautifully cool in the summer and a French stone fireplace warms the room on cooler evenings. Double doors lead out onto the pool area. There is plenty of seating, satellite TV and DVD player, a small library of books and a ping pong table that can be moved outside beside the pool. Wi-Fi is also available.
 
Hall: An atrium hallway with an oak staircase leads to the first and second floor. It has exposed beams or ‘colombage’ which extends all the way up the inside of the house. There is a piano and a downstairs loo under the stairs. 
 
First Floor: Sleeps 10 
•3 double bedrooms with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms
•1 twin room with en-suite bathroom
•1 twin without a bathroom (ideal for small children sharing a bathroom with parents)
 
Second Floor: Sleeps 6
A huge open plan 'dormitory style' bedroom and bathroom with separate loo. The room has a freestanding bath, a wash basin and 6 single beds including antique 'bateau lits'. This area is ideal for children and teenagers.

The Garden

The swimming pool (10x5m) and the cabana look out across the Latou valley and its gentle rolling hills; it is a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing place to be. There is lots of space around the pool with sun loungers and deck chairs and a big parasol for extra shade beside the pool.

During the day the cabana is a shady retreat from the sun and in the evenings it is the perfect spot to enjoy a chilled glass of rosé while watching the setting sun. The cabana has an open fireplace which can be lit on cooler evenings making it a great place for eating al fresco. There is a separate BBQ for cooking.
